"In 2018, I found myself living what many would consider a "successful" life - raising three kids, working in a corporate job, and ticking the boxes of modern achievement. Yet beneath the surface, I felt deeply unfulfilled. My job consumed most of my time and energy, leaving little room for the things that truly mattered to me: spending quality time with my children, prioritising my health, or even pursuing my passions like music.
I was stuck in a cycle where life felt "just okay," and I knew there had to be more.
Everything changed when I declared a bold vision for my life - one that felt wildly out of reach at the time. I envisioned living in a rural cottage, surrounded by nature, with my children free to explore, chickens in the garden, and a life centred on creativity, healing, and helping others.
Fast forward two years, and that vision became my reality. I left my corporate job, moved to a beautiful mortgage-free cottage on 12 acres in Ireland, and completely redefined my life.
Today, I enjoy deep, meaningful relationships, more time with my kids, a thriving creative project in music, and a profound sense of fulfilment. My health is better than ever, my stress is under control, and I’m living proof that it’s possible to create a life you love.

Introduction and Foundational Principles
In week 1 following your introduction, we'll look at managing change - which involves navigating the comfort, stretch, and panic zones.
In this module we'll also learn how to stay grounded during challenging times in the stretch zone, breath work can help regulate the nervous system.
Embracing the law of polarities means recognising that success and failure are interconnected, and true progress requires engaging with both. Ultimately, there is no failure, only feedback - every setback offers an opportunity to learn and grow.
Life Audit
This module focuses on achieving balance and fulfilment through the Wheel of Life framework.
It involves assessing your current experience, dream lining your ideal life, and identifying what you're tolerating and how to create better. It explores the distinction between commitment and attachment, encouraging you to commit to meaningful changes.
We then begin practising change making through small, incremental improvements to elevate your life satisfaction. You are guided to examine old rules that you live by and create a personalised new rule book to support your aspirations.
Understanding & Managing Emotions
Your focus in this module will be on understanding and managing triggers. It involves identifying those events and situations that create emotional overwhelm, recognising their impact, and learning to manage your emotions positively. We also explore the importance of fully experiencing emotions, using the "what resists persists" concept.
You will explore negative emotions through structured tools like Emotional Assertiveness training. You will be guided to handle triggers and challenges by choosing alternative actions, using the A-B-C model of emotion regulation.
The module will also help you build constructive daily habits such as intention setting and daily reflections to solidify learning and habits.
Creating Confidence
The challenge in this module will be to focus on building confidence through actionable strategies and self-discovery. It includes celebrating wins to boost self-belief and embracing "The Power of Yet" to foster growth.
You will explore your strengths, practice "acting as if" to connect to your confident self (we all have one in there somewhere!), and engage with tools to help you uncover your talents and gifts.
Visualisation exercises, such as Imagining Confidence, help you embody and connect with your potential.
Building Self-Worth
In this module you'll explore the balance of self-care (Yin and Yang) and its importance, recognising that you can't pour from an empty cup.
It includes identifying personal drivers, noticing areas of misalignment, and reflecting on what truly makes your heart sing. Through a Personal SWOT analysis, you will embrace strengths and accept weaknesses.
The module addresses the inner critic, encouraging self-compassion by focusing on evaluating behaviour rather than self, to overcome self-judgement and ready you for transformation.
Transforming Relationships
Your focus in this module will be on improving relationships by mapping a network of connections to better understand the social dynamics and relationships in your life.
It introduces the PAC Model (Parent-Adult-Child) to explore relationship roles. You will address difficult relationships through projection exercises and explore releasing and forgiving others using clearing and healing techniques.
The module includes mental rehearsal to build positive neural pathways, a review of the A-B-C model for emotion regulation during conflict, and connection-building activities to foster warmth and rapport.
Unlocking your new vision
In this module you'll focus on aligning life priorities and goals.
It begins with exercises to visualise what matters most to you, followed by setting a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) to inspire bold action.
Through the Dare to Declare process, you will identify and address subconscious blocks that are holding you back. Using story mapping and rewiring exercises, you'll rewrite limiting beliefs.
Busting Through Blocks and Resistance
The purpose of this module is to focus on overcoming resistance and aligning with success. It includes integration and mind mapping to explore internal conflicts, alongside language hacking techniques to shift resistance.
You will engage in techniques designed to help you flush out and release any psychological or emotional blocks and limitations that are keeping you in struggle, procrastination or static.
By clearing emotional clutter and learning to cleanse your energy, you will let go of resistance and limiting beliefs, allowing the change in your life that you have wanted to now flow easily to you.
Activating your New Energy
Our final module focuses on structured goal action planning using the coaching framework to break down objectives, identify resources and complete your goals.
It will encourage you to step into your HERO superpower, robustly engage with your transformed state and use neurological rewiring techniques to collapse the distance between your goal and your current state.
We'll also equip you to handle any fear that creeps back up as you navigate your change path and train you in how to maintain constructive mindset so that you confidently turn challenges into possibilities and drive forward with momentum for the long term.
