Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by these Payment Terms and Conditions, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in Reality Reboot.

All purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable except as stated below.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and confident that you made the right decision. We expect you to give it your all, because change requires work - sadly there is no magic bullet to creating a life you love.

That's why in order to be eligible for a refund, you must submit proof that you completed all of the Module 1 and the Module 2 coursework, specifically:

each of the worksheets from Module 1 and each of the worksheets from Module 2
you must show that you attended the first live session or watched the replay
you must have submitted your week one accountability check-in form on time

To be clear, if you do not include your completed coursework requirements within the stated 14-day period, no refund will be issued. It's up to you to submit it on time.

Tuition

Tuition options for the Reality Reboot are:

x1 payment of £497 due today, or x3 payments of £197,
first payment due today with 2 more equal payments due every 30 days.
x6 payments of £99, first payment due today with 5 more equal payments due every 14 days.

If a payment fails or is declined, we will automatically process the charge again and contact you if subsequent attempts fail. If payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to temporarily remove you from the programme until funds are received.

You are responsible for the full amount of the programme regardless of your participation level.

Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly authorised, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.

Release Authorisation

By enrolling in the Programme, you hereby grant permission to Dr Victoria Stakelum and her company The Success Smith the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts, messages, or emails you voluntarily share inside any of our Facebook groups, including but not limited to The Success Collective Facebook group, Dr Victoria Stakelum's Facebook page, Instagram page or other platforms, without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording. Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing the Programme, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organisation utilising this material for educational or promotional purposes.
