Meet Your Host, Dr Victoria Stakelum

Before I built The Success Smith, I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership - becoming a deputy CEO before 40, leading multi-million-pound businesses, and often being the only woman in the room.

I learned how to navigate power and influence without playing a game that never fit me.

Then, during lockdown in 2020, I walked away from all of it. My family and I relocated to rural Ireland, and I had to rebuild an identity that had been shaped by title, status and responsibility for over two decades - with none of those things left to lean on.

Today I'm a multi-award-winning coach and founder of a six-figure business, combining my executive background with a Master's in Psychology and training in Master Coaching, NLP, Timeline Therapy, hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practice.
